Pamela Nabors of Capital Workforce Partners is Awarded
Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP)
by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals
HARTFORD – Capital Workforce Partners (CWP), is pleased to announce that Pamela Nabors has been awarded the Certified Workforce Development Professional credential by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).
Workforce Development Professionals facilitate the process by which individuals identify, prepare for, obtain and maintain employment and self-sufficiency; and assist businesses with accessing and retaining a quality workforce.
“Pamela Nabors exemplifies the degree of professionalism and commitment to excellence that America needs if it is to continue to enjoy a world-class workforce,” said NAWDP President C. Paul Mendez.
The CWDP program is administered and endorsed by the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals. NAWDP is a national association for individual practioners in workforce development. Capital Workforce Partners is one of five workforce investment boards in the state of Connecticut, covering 37 municipalities including Hartford, New Britain and Bristol.
Pamela has been employed by Capital Workforce Partners since 2001 and resides with her family in Enfield.
