As the state's regional Workforce Investment Board (WIB) in North Central Connecticut, Capital Workforce Partners coordinates programs and initiatives to develop a skilled, educated and vital workforce.  The organization is guided by a Consortium of the region's chief and elected officials and by representatives from business, education and labor serving on its Board of Directors.

• Assists employers in targeted industries, helping them grow and remain competitive.
